See the next steps below in order to continue your rental application. Each property does get a lot of attention and we will process your application in the order of how it was received. Make sure you bookmark this page to refer back to for submission requirements. All information must be submitted to gina@thebrokerbuilders.com or by clicking the button at the bottom to be taken directly to my email. Submit all documents in one email so it does not get lost or mixed up and to expedite your process.
You Must Meet 5 out of the 7 Criteria. No applications will be reviewed unless a corresponding Payment is sent.
Criteria to meet:
- Credit score 640 and above
- 2 Previous Landlord References
- 2+ Years of favorable rental history
- Current job with 2+ years of steady work
- 2 Employer References
- Must pass a background check
- No pets (Exceptions apply - $500 will apply in certain instances where pets may be allowed)
MUST NOT HAVE
- Car Repossession
- No Evictions for 10 Years

Rental Application:
The rental application needs to be filled out and submitted back to my email. You can get it downloaded at the button below. Email to gina@thebrokerbuilders.com
Step 2
Application Payment:
In order to process your application, we must receive your application payment. The application costs $150/per adult on the application or $175/married couple. We will not process your application until we receive the coinciding payment. When you submit the application payment, ensure that you input the note as Your First and Last name's application payment for Property Address"
