My Dad had a message that he frequently would say to me "Be somebody" and "Do something big that helps people"- That was his affirmation to me.

Fast Foward 20-something years and I see how InTown Management has grown into a business that supports me as a Single Mom of 5- how it has paid the bills, supported the kids, and allowed me to Care for them as my heart desires. God has allowed me to "Be Somebody", and that Somebody is a Business Owner in the beautiful USA.

Being a Business Owner in America is such an incredible opportunity. I am grateful for every family, every 1st time Home Buyer, Investor, Seller, Single-Parent, and Veteran that we service. We want each client to feel like every single step is taken care of for them, and all they have to do is trust the process and show up to closing.

My career started at the age of 19 when I took a job showing apartment homes at an apartment community in my town. That job took me from leasing consultant to Assistant Manager and then to a community in Midtown Atlanta where I became the Property Manager. 

 My community was being converted from apartments to Condos and then sold individually. I met a lot of the Sales Agents and learned a lot about Real Estate in this 2-year conversation. Once all the units sold, I was sent to Gainesville GA which was a very big culture shock, I leased up the community, cleaned it up, and helped the Owners sell the property, that was such a fun assignment. 

Once I finished with the sale went into business for myself with InTown Management and grew the business on Referral only in 2005, there was no Social Media but the Company took off just with word of mouth, again it was a beautiful time of growth and babies, I was pregnant or nursing during those 10 years of growing my business. In 2013 those investors that I was working with decided that they wanted to start taking their equity out and I stepped into the role of helping Buyer and Sellers. 

I realized that I loved the Marketing side of the listing and I started to focus on the parts of my business that I loved and I started to grow a Real Estate Sales Team. My Oldest Daughter is my assistant and she is in Real Estate School, 2nd oldest helps us with social media and office work, 3rd and 4th Daughter are thankfully aware that they are part of a family-owned business and my Son plans on taking over all the Management and Construction side of things when he is old enough.
